GM Phil was on the phone with 49ers GM till the Early morning hours, trying to construct a deal. Phil knew if he could get the trade that he could add another weapon for Starting QB Michael Vick going into Week 1. Phil and GM imsocleveland finally came to an agreement in the end that made both GM's happy and a better player on the Field for each other.
